Description

The XS Intake Manifold breaks the mold of the existing intake manifold architecture to maximize available space under the hood. When designing the optimum intake runner length and shape the fuel rail gets in the way…so we moved it….inside the intake manifold! After testing all the mainstream manifolds available, our manifold has done what no other did…make horsepower and torque gains on a stock engine with gains increasing as the engine got more aggressive with cam and exhaust upgrades. All other manifolds lost on HP or Torque to make the gain on the other.

The XS intake manifold fits all LS3-style cylinder head ports including L92, L99, L76, L77, LY6, LY2, L20, LMF, LC9, LH8, LH9, L9H and L94.

Even with the additional features and components required for this unique design, Performance Design is able to offer this intake manifold at a price significantly less than existing products on the market.

Pulls hard and steady...

Certainly not a drop in, but my effort was rewarded. As the title says, hard and steady. And as I was toping things up with billet coil covers. PD released the 90° fitting which allowed me to finish. Also stand behind their product and responded to all my questions.

When installing on a 2010 Chevrolet Camaro, it was a bit more difficult than expected but happy with the gains; I previously installed a stage II cam, stainless works headers and tune, went from 356hp, 377tq to 407hp and 386tq. Performance has improved and looking to see how it does in the 1/4 mile.

I'm VERY happy with the results I got with this manifold. I ordered the 112mm version. My LS3(prior to install) produced 394whp 369trq. Once we installed the XS manifold with some tuning we were able to dyno at 424whp 376trq. Great improvements in the powerband. A+ intake manifold!
